Flaxy Bread recipe

Recipe for Flax Bread.

1 cup water
2 tbs sugar or honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs olive oil
3 cups flour, any type you like, I use 1 granery, 1 white & 1 wholemeal
1 1/2 tsp dried yeast.

Set the breadmaker for a standard white loaf.
At the "add in" stage throw in a couple of tbs milled flax, assorted seeds and whatever you like.

I have found this recipe never fails and I've used it 100's of times!
TIP. It's fine to include flours like spelt, rye and corn etc, but always include a major preport… Continue
