Ingredients:

Flaxseed 100 Gm,
Whole wheat flour or semolina 100 Gm,
Coconut Powder 100 Gm,
Dry Lotus seeds or makhane 65 Gm,
Raisins 65 Gm,
Almonds 30 Gm,
