Yoga on the move

Why not try a new experience – walking and talking Yoga! Every month we meet in the beautiful surroundings of Benitachell for those who prefer what we call therapeutic walking. We start with a gentle, warm-up session and release energy blocks using DRU Yoga, then walk and talk together. Sometimes we practice meditative walking, simply walking in silence, freeing the mind from the pressures of everyday life, and once a year we organize a six day walk along the famous Camino de Santiago .For 2008 we go in the first week of September (starting September 8th and finishing September 14th) from Pamplona to Logroño).
Our aim is quite simple: to allow you to enjoy the calmness of nature and find your own inner peace.

Next walk: Attention: Sunday March 17th, starting at 10am
at the parking place of the Pepe la Sal supermercado, La Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell.
Costs: 5 euros pp.

I would love to know of any fairly gentle walks that may be going on. I broke my back (4 crushed vertebrae really) and a tendency to osteoporosis was suggested. I have more or less recovered apart from frequently experiencing back pain and would love to start getting fit again.
