Ingredients:

Flaxseed 100 Gm,
Whole wheat flour or semolina 100 Gm,
Coconut Powder 100 Gm,
Dry Lotus seeds or makhane 65 Gm,
Raisins 65 Gm,
Almonds 30 Gm,
Butter or Ghee 300 Gm &
Powdered Sugar 350 Gm.

Steps:

Grind flaxseed in a coffee grinder and keep aside. Fry lotus seeds with 2-3 Tb Sp butter or ghee in a fry pan and grind in a grinder. In a fry pan mix whole wheat flour or semolina and 2-3 Tb Sp butter or ghee over a low heat. Keep constantly stirring to avoid lumps. When it releases an appetizing smell, it is ready. Chop almonds and clean raisins. Mix all ingredients and carefully make balls. Enjoy delicious sweet balls.
